Tribal Court's $1.8B Judgment Against Harrah's Nixed

Law360, New York (September 29, 2009, 2:53 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has declined to enforce a Native American tribal court's $1.8 billion judgment against entertainment concern Harrah's Operating Co. Inc. in a spat over casino development, finding the case had already been resolved by a binding oral agreement.
