Michael Vick Resolves Suit Alleging ERISA Violations

Law360, New York (October 1, 2009, 3:15 PM EDT) -- NFL quarterback Michael Vick, who is back on the field after serving 18 months in prison on a dogfighting conviction, has agreed to pay at least $416,000 in restitution to a pension plan sponsored by his marketing company, MV7 LLC.
