OSU And Sex Abuse Accusers Ordered To Continue Deal Talks

By Zachary Zagger (March 19, 2020, 6:29 PM EDT) -- Sexual abuse accusers of a now-deceased Ohio State University sports doctor who have yet to settle their claims must push forward with mediation, a federal judge ruled, despite concerns that further talks have no hope.

U.S. District Judge Michael H. Watson on Tuesday denied a bid for a status conference to discuss moving cases by 172 accusers to the active docket, saying "the court does not find mediation has reached an impasse."
