Court Tosses $80M ERISA Suit Against New York Bancorp

Law360 (October 27, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has dismissed a long-running ERISA lawsuit against New York Bancorp Inc., ruling that the remaining plaintiff in the $80 million case lacks standing to sue.
