2nd Circ. Says Meridian Must Arbitrate Labor Dispute

Law360, New York (October 5, 2009, 2:25 PM EDT) -- Meridian Management Corp. must arbitrate a dispute over whether it is bound by the terms of a collective bargaining agreement between a union and a cleaning service provider from which it hired several employees, an appeals court has ruled.
