Law360, New York (October 5, 2009, 4:12 PM EDT) -- A plaintiff who filed a would-be class action Employee Retirement Income Security Act suit against AT&T Inc. alleging that her pension benefits were illegally reduced is challenging a district court's decisions to grant summary judgment to the defendants and deny her bid for class certification.
