Apple Shareholders Fight To Revive Backdating Suit

Law360, New York (October 7, 2009, 4:27 PM EDT) -- Lawyers squared off in a federal appeals court Wednesday over whether Apple Inc. shareholders should be allowed to refile some allegations in their options backdating case against CEO Steve Jobs and other directors — a debate that stems from a ruling that the plaintiffs' claims could only be pursued derivatively.
