Judge Clears Another Trademark Suit Vs. Google

Law360, New York (April 12, 2004, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Another trademark lawsuit against Google is set to go to court after a U.S. District Court judge in New York refused to dismiss the case.

U.S. Judge Denis Hurley has refused to rule on whether “Pets Warehouse” is a generic mark, paving the way for another courtroom battle over Google’s controversial “AdWords” program.
