Starbucks Sues Former Exec Over Jump To Dunkin'

Law360, New York (October 8, 2009, 12:37 PM EDT) -- Starbucks Corp. has sued a former division senior vice president for allegedly violating a noncompetition agreement by starting a job at Dunkin' Brands Inc.'s Dunkin' Donuts chain only months after leaving Starbucks.

Starbucks filed its complaint Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.
