Law360, New York (October 8, 2009, 3:59 PM EDT) -- An information technology maintenance worker has accused Verizon Communications Inc. of violating federal and state labor laws by implementing an on-call policy that deprived him and other similarly situated employees of proper compensation for their overtime work and missed meal breaks.
