Funds Try To Revive Sanofi Obesity Drug Securities Suit

Law360, New York (October 12, 2009, 2:32 PM EDT) -- Two retirement funds have asked a federal judge to reopen a securities fraud class action alleging Sanofi-Aventis made misrepresentations regarding the side effects of an anti-obesity drug while it was awaiting U.S. Food and Drug Administration approval.
