Real Estate Site Operator Trims IP, Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (October 13, 2009, 2:27 PM EDT) -- In light of a recent court order, real estate-related Web site operator OLA LLC has trimmed the fraud and breach of contract claims in its suit against a scad of homebuilders and manufacturers it claims stole its proprietary technology in violation of intellectual property and antitrust laws.
