Yaz MDL Plaintiffs Balk At Schlicter Interim Counsel Bid

Law360, New York (October 13, 2009, 12:48 PM EDT) -- The majority of plaintiffs in a series of new liability lawsuits against Bayer Corp. over the birth control drugs Yaz and Yasmin are questioning a move by Schlichter Bogard & Denton LLP to be appointed interim liaison counsel in the growing multidistrict litigation.
