Palm Steakhouse Family Puts End To Long-Running IP Feud

Law360 (June 19, 2020, 8:22 PM EDT) -- A long-running trademark battle between descendants of The Palm steakhouse chain's founders came to an end Wednesday when the parties told a Florida bankruptcy court they had reached a deal that will get minority shareholders a fraction of the $126 million judgment they were awarded in a New York court.
