Law360, New York (October 15, 2009, 6:56 PM EDT) -- A federal judge on Thursday dismissed with prejudice breach of contract and tortious interference claims in a putative class action accusing Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc., Moody's Investors Service Inc. and Standard & Poor's Rating Services of deceiving investors by disseminating false information about a big-dollar investment.
