OSU Says Sex Assault Claims Against Doctor Are Too Old

Law360 (July 8, 2020, 9:39 PM EDT) -- The Ohio State University told an Ohio federal court that nearly 200 former students who say they were sexually abused by a former university sports doctor brought their claims too late, setting up a dispute that could affect further potential settlement talks after the university agreed to pay $41 million to settle 12 other suits earlier this year.
