Moving Cos. Protest $7.2B Military Services Contract Again

Law360 (July 15, 2020, 10:32 PM EDT) -- Two moving companies again challenged the U.S. Transportation Command's $7.2 billion contract that was awarded to a New Jersey company to provide home moving services to military families, after the Command backtracked on its promise to revise the deal.

Florida-based Connected Global Solutions LLC and Texas-based HomeSafe Alliance LLC filed two separate bid protests with the U.S. Government Accountability Office on Monday over the same TRANSCOM contract award they protested in May.
