Texas Locker Co. Wants Rival's Attys DQed For Conspiracy

Law360 (July 15, 2020, 8:20 PM EDT) -- Two Brackett & Ellis PC attorneys should be disqualified from a trade secrets misappropriation case for helping a Texas-based boutique locker company threaten potential customers of the company's rival, Hollman told a Texas state court judge.

Hollman Court Systems LLC, doing business as Hollman Inc., told a Dallas County District Court on Tuesday that a recently obtained letter printed on the law firm's letterhead shows that Brackett & Ellis attorneys Joseph F. Cleveland and Angelique M. McCall are part of Longhorn Locker Co. LLC's alleged scheme to tortiously interfere with Hollman's business.
