Law360 (July 16, 2020, 3:34 PM EDT) -- A venture that includes Integra Investments has purchased a Miami development site for $15.5 million, the South Florida Business Journal reported on Thursday. The deal is for an 8.2-acre site at 11295 Biscayne Blvd., and the seller is Florida investor Paula Douer, according to the report. The property, which is currently vacant, last traded hands in 2012 for $8.2 million, the journal reported.
