NJ Atty Freed From Malpractice Suit Over Botched Surgery

Law360 (July 31, 2020, 9:51 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey appellate court on Friday threw out a third-party complaint against an attorney who took over a failed underlying medical malpractice suit, saying in a published opinion that the first attorney to take on the allegedly bungled underlying suit now had to face legal malpractice claims alone.
