AbbVie Calif. Settlement Guides Nurse Education Compliance

Law360 (August 13, 2020, 5:12 PM EDT) -- An Aug. 7 settlement[1] between the California Department of Insurance and AbbVie Inc. sheds new light on the importance of, and potential constraints applicable to, pharmaceutical company nurse educator programs.
