Plaintiffs Attys Seek $14M In Countrywide ERISA Action

Law360, New York (October 27, 2009, 1:48 PM EDT) -- Plaintiffs counsel Keller Rohrback LLP and Braun Law Group PC have asked a judge to award about $14 million in fees and expenses in a class action accusing Countrywide Financial Corp. of violating the Employee Retirement Income Security Act in its treatment of a 401(k) plan.

In a motion filed Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, Keller Rohrback and Braun Law Group asked for about 25 percent of a $55 million settlement reached in the case.
