Dismissal Of $1.8B Indian Casino Judgment Appealed

Law360, New York (October 28, 2009, 2:46 PM EDT) -- Plaintiffs have appealed a district court's decision not to enforce an Indian tribal court's $1.8 billion judgment against casino giant Harrah's Operating Co. Inc. in a spat over casino development, finding the case had already been resolved by a binding oral agreement.
