Class Denial Upheld In Calif. DirecTV Fraud Action

Law360, New York (October 30, 2009, 1:12 PM EDT) -- A California appeals court has upheld a lower court's denial of class certification to a DirecTV Inc. subscriber alleging the satellite television provider disseminated false advertising to induce customers to buy expensive high-definition services.
