6 Firms Build $994M Deal For UK Video Game Developer 

Law360 (November 10, 2020, 3:23 PM EST) -- New York City-based Take-Two Interactive Software Inc. will acquire U.K. peer Codemasters for roughly £759 million ($994 million) and form a single leader in the realm of sports and racing video games, the companies said Tuesday, in a deal guided by six law firms.

The agreement sees Take-Two purchasing Codemasters for a per-share cost of 120 pence ($1.58) in cash and 0.02834 shares of Take-Two common stock, according to a statement.
