EPA Names 5 New Regional Administrators

Law360, New York (November 6, 2009, 3:24 PM EST) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has announced the appointment of new regional administrators for five of its 10 regions around the U.S.

The EPA announced Thursday that President Barack Obama had named five new administrators who will oversee parts of the country stretching from Maine to Hawaii.

The new administrators are:

— H. Curtis Spalding in Region 1, which encompasses Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont and 10 tribal nations.
