FTC Probe Persists Despite $1.25B Intel, AMD Deal

Law360, New York (November 12, 2009, 6:36 PM EST) -- The $1.25 billion truce between Intel Corp. and Advanced Micro Devices Inc. may have put an end to a long-running and bitter antitrust and intellectual property dispute between the rival computer chip makers, but it doesn't resolve ongoing regulatory scrutiny of Intel.
