Boeing Deal Stalled In Wake Of Milberg Weiss Scandal

Law360, New York (November 13, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- In an unusual twist, a judge overseeing a long-running legal battle between Boeing Co. and its shareholders over the aerospace giant’s procurement scandals has delayed a $12 million settlement deal in order to revisit the testimony of six plaintiffs who were represented in the case by Milberg Weiss Bershad & Schulman LLP.

Cook County Circuit Judge Nancy Arnold had already given the green light to the proposed settlement, but has now delayed the deal until at least December, the Chicago Tribune reported on Monday.
