Domino's Drivers Hit Franchisee With Wage Suit

Law360, New York (November 16, 2009, 3:47 PM EST) -- Two delivery drivers have sued a Domino's Pizza franchisee that runs more than 40 of the pizza chain restaurants in the southeastern U.S., accusing it of paying its drivers less than the minimum wage for the time they spend on maintenance, cleaning and other nontipped work activities.
