US Bank FLSA Suit Over Time Sheets Trimmed

Law360, New York (November 18, 2009, 2:02 PM EST) -- U.S. Bank NA has secured a ruling that will effectively limit the number of opt-in plaintiffs in a wage suit filed by a former employee who contested the bank's electronic time sheets, although workers who used the time sheets more recently can still join the action.
