Trump Shareholders Want To Form Creditors Committee

Law360, New York (November 23, 2009, 12:54 PM EST) -- A group of former shareholders is asking to form an unsecured creditors committee to represent their interests in the Trump Casinos II Inc. Chapter 11 proceedings, less than a week after Donald Trump agreed to a reorganization plan with a committee of noteholders.

The former-shareholders group filed a motion to compel the formation of an official committee of unsecured creditors Friday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.
