Groups Want Top BigLaw Attys Kept Out Of DOJ Leader Roles

Law360 (February 22, 2021, 3:59 PM EST) -- A coalition of 37 progressive groups on Monday urged prospective Attorney General Merrick Garland to keep top BigLaw attorneys out of leadership positions at the U.S. Department of Justice, saying such appointments should be reserved for individuals with a track record of putting the public before business interests.
