Court Remands Group's Plastic Pollution Suit To State Court

Law360 (February 23, 2021, 9:25 PM EST) -- A California federal judge said Tuesday that an environmental group's suit against Nestle, PepsiCo, Clorox and others over liability for plastic pollution along the state's coastline shouldn't play out at the federal level, granting the group's bid for the suit to return to state court.
