Extended Stay Chair Appeals Remand Of BofA Suit

Law360, New York (November 25, 2009, 2:34 PM EST) -- Extended Stay Inc. chairman David Lichtenstein has appealed a bankruptcy judge's October ruling remanding to state court a $100 million contract lawsuit filed against him by Bank of America NA and others who helped finance his acquisition of the bankrupt hotel company.
