AA, Yahoo End Spat Over Sponsored Search Lists

Law360, New York (December 1, 2009, 3:05 PM EST) -- American Airlines Inc. has settled its trademark infringement claims against Yahoo Inc., ending the airline's lawsuit against a second major Internet company over keyword search terms.

Judge John McBryde shuttered the case after attorneys for both sides told him in a telephone conference Friday that they struck a deal that settled all claims in the suit, according to his order filed Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
