Anheuser-Busch InBev Hit With ERISA Class Action

Law360, New York (December 3, 2009, 2:57 PM EST) -- Anheuser-Busch InBev has been slapped with a putative class action that alleges the beer giant is wrongly denying participants in its pension plan the enhanced benefits due to them following the sale of several subsidiaries.
