Interference Proceeding Ordered In DNA Tech Spat

Law360 (November 16, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- Enzo Biochem Inc. said on Thursday that the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has ordered a proceeding to determine whether the biotechnology company or the California Institute of Technology owns the rights to a patent covering DNA gel sequencing technology.
