Judge Nixes Mentor's Bid To Block Exec Depositions

Law360, New York (December 3, 2009, 2:12 PM EST) -- A federal judge has rejected a request by Mentor Corp. to block the depositions of Mentor's president and the company's founder and former CEO in product liability litigation over the company's ObTape implant, ruling that the plaintiffs had a right to pose new questions to the two executives.
