Sirius XM Hit With Antitrust Action Over Merger

Law360, New York (December 8, 2009, 4:58 PM EST) -- Sirius XM Radio Inc. has been slapped with a putative class action alleging it has breached subscriber contracts and abused its monopoly on the market for satellite digital radio service since the 2008 merger of Sirius Satellite Radio Inc. and XM Radio Holdings Inc. from which it was created.
