NJ Couple Resolves Final Claims In Tax Fraud Suit

Law360, New York (December 11, 2009, 3:24 PM EST) -- An agreement between a New Jersey couple and a financial advisory company has closed a final chapter in a case that began in 2005 when the couple claimed several financial companies and law firms hoodwinked them into claiming millions in illegal tax benefits.

Tuesday's stipulation between Kenneth and Elizabeth A. Carroll and Chenery Associates Inc. in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit appeared to resolve remaining claims.
