Sales Reps Hit Sanofi With Overtime Action

Law360, New York (December 16, 2009, 1:34 PM EST) -- Sales representatives for Sanofi-Aventis US Inc. were denied overtime pay in violation of federal law, a former employee's newly amended putative class action alleges.

Minnesota resident Dede Evavold's lawsuit, lodged in October and amended Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, seeks damages and interest from the Paris-based pharmaceutical company, which employs some 15,000 workers in the U.S.
