FLYi Submits Liquidation Plan

Law360, New York (November 22, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- FLYi Inc., the parent company of bankrupt carrier Independence Air, has once again filed its joint amended Chapter 11 plan of liquidation, having worked out the various objections that cropped up after the plan was initially filed.

Although the company initially submitted the liquidation plan on Nov. 13, a dispute immediately arose about certain claims included in the statement.
