Conde Nast Beats Patent Claims In Web Contract Suit

Law360, New York (December 23, 2009, 4:07 PM EST) -- A federal judge has let Conde Nast Publications off the hook on patent-related counterclaims in its breach of contract and trademark action against a company it once retained to make interactive Web versions of special magazine issues, after the judge construed all of the patent terms at issue in Conde Nast's favor in October.
