AXA Benefits Plaintiffs Lose Cert. Bid On Contract Claim

Law360, New York (January 4, 2010, 3:34 PM EST) -- A federal judge has refused to grant class certification for a breach of contract claim in a case accusing AXA Equitable Life Insurance Co. of violating the Employee Retirement Income Security Act by changing its retiree health benefit plan.
