Fox Keeps Up Fight For SEC Madoff Docs

Law360, New York (January 5, 2010, 3:42 PM EST) -- The Fox Business Network has asked a federal judge to reconsider an order denying the 24-hour news organization access to certain information gathered by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Ponzi scheme mastermind Bernard L. Madoff.
