Ex-Stonewell Atty Absolved From 2 Malpractice Claims

Law360, New York (January 8, 2010, 3:56 PM EST) -- A federal judge has dismissed two legal malpractice claims brought by real estate company Stonewell Corp. against its former attorney, but a third claim will be allowed to move toward trial once the company resolves a related dispute with an insurer.
