APAC Customer Services Reps Win FLSA Class Cert.

Law360, New York (January 12, 2010, 2:25 PM EST) -- A group of APAC Customer Services Inc. employees has won conditional certification in a class action accusing the call center services provider of violating federal and state labor laws by denying its customer service representatives proper overtime compensation.
