Merck Sues Apotex Over Eye Treatments

Law360 (December 5, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- Taking on a familiar rival, pharmaceutical giant Merck & Co. Inc. has shot off a pair of suits against Canadian generic drug manufacturer Apotex Inc. to block it from selling generic versions of Merck’s glaucoma treatments.
