Developers Of Dallas Logistics Hub File For Ch. 11

Law360, New York (January 26, 2010, 7:15 PM EST) -- The developers of Dallas Logistics Hub, a 6,000-acre industrial development in Dallas, have filed for Chapter 11 to restructure their balance sheet in the wake of the collapse of the U.S. real estate and capital markets.

DLH Master Land Holding LLC and its parent company, Allen Capital Partners LLC, filed the petition Monday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas, listing between $100 million and $500 million in both assets and liabilities.
