Time Warner Wins Dismissal Of Overtime Action

Law360, New York (January 28, 2010, 5:48 PM EST) -- A federal judge has thrown out a putative overtime class action against Time Warner Inc., finding that the plaintiff failed to plausibly allege a violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Judge William Q. Hayes of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California on Tuesday granted Time Warner's motion to dismiss the suit brought by Sean Harding without prejudice.
